His background includes executive roles at Rose Mortgage, Banc One Financial Services, and Transamerica Financial Services, where he consistently excelled as a top performer. In 2024, Mike co-founded Maverick Lending Solutions to address the growing demand for quick, reliable, and hassle-free funding for real estate investors.

Mike’s leadership is characterized by his strategic vision, his ability to foster a supportive and adaptive work environment, and his unwavering commitment to empowering investors. Under his guidance, Maverick Lending Solutions has embraced a problem-solving philosophy, striving to be deal-makers rather than deal breakers.

Ralph Vitiello - Co-Founder & President

Ralph Vitiello, with his extensive background in the financial services industry, co-founded Maverick Funding Corp. alongside Mike Petruccelli in 2007.

Ralph's leadership was instrumental in growing the company’s mortgage platform nationwide, ultimately leading to its acquisition by HomePoint Financial, where he continued to provide executive leadership. In 2024, Ralph joined forces with Mike once again to launch Maverick Lending Solutions, with the shared goal of creating a lending company that prioritizes client needs and industry innovation.

Ralph’s experience and strategic acumen have been critical to Maverick’s success.
